dc.description.abstract本實驗是利用表面胺官能化的二氧化矽奈米粒子與PI進行熱交聯,測試是否能改善VA模組的驅動電壓與應答時間。 先合成二氧化矽奈米粒子使其表面具有胺官能基。再用旋轉塗佈的方式將表面胺官能化的二氧化矽奈米粒子塗佈於ITO玻璃上的PI層,利用熱製程使奈米粒子具胺官能基的部份與PI進行交聯,讓PI表面具有奈米粒子。並利用SEM觀察奈米粒子在PI表面的分布情形。 實驗結果顯示,利用不同條件,如各種粒徑和濃度,應用在VA模組,可以降低驅動電壓、縮短應答時間。zh_TW
