dc.description.abstract本論文擬以有限元素法針對嗜中性白血球細胞伸展過程建構生物力學模型。模擬方向主要分為兩部分,一為探討嗜中性白血球於伸展過程中,其肌動蛋白絲聚合作用與偽足突出的相關性。另一方面則探討白血球細胞伸展過程的細胞膜張力變化與機械功數值計算,在整理相關數據分析後,成功的運用機械工程科學模擬白血球細胞伸展行為,亦代表工程科學理論於生物醫學中尚有相當的應用空間。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research employs finite element analysis to construct biomechanical model of neutrophil spreading. The simulation has two concentrations. One is to study actin filament polymerization and filopodium protrusion relations, and the other is to study cell membrane tension variation and the mechanical work calculation. The mechanical model established in this work helps to illustrate in details how internal forces of netrophil contribute to the cell spreading. The success of this work also reveals that mechanical modeling can enhance the popularity of Biomedical applications.en_US
