摘要: 本論文以芘為基底,合成出對過渡金屬離子具有辨識能力的化學感測分子1 及 2。化學感測分子 1 可專一地對Cu2+ 離子作選擇性辨識,導致藍色螢光明顯增強現象的發生, 1 的螢光量子產率為 0.027,錯合物 1-Cu2+ 的螢光量子產率為 0.393。在 pH 值的影響研究中,化合物 1 適合偵測範圍約 pH 4.0 ~ 8.5。在鍵結比例方面,由Job plot 可知化學感測分子 1 與 Cu2+ 離子鍵結比例不只一種比例,藉由 imine 、吡啶環上的氮原子及醯胺基上的NH官能基的氮原子,化合物 1 可與 Cu2+ 形成 1:1 及 1:2 的錯合,鍵結常數為 2.09 × 107 M-2。 化學感測分子 2 可專一地對 Cd2+ 離子作辨識,顏色會從淡黃色變成深黃色,並產生最大放射波長在 605 nm 的橘光。由 Job plot 可知化學感測分子 2 與Cd2+ 離子鍵結比例不只一種比例,藉由兩個 imine及吡啶環上的氮原子, 化合物 2 形成 1:1及 1:2 的錯合,鍵結常數為 4.79 × 105 M-2。
Two chemosensors 1 and 2 based on pyrene group have been designed and synthesized for detecting metal ions. Chemosensor 1 can specifically detect Cu2+ ion by significant fluorescence enhancement. The quantum yield of chemosensor 1 and 1-Cu2+ were 0.027 and 0.393, respectively. The optimal pH range for Cu2+ with 1 was from pH = 4.0 - 8.5. Two binding ratios for 1-Cu2+ complexes were 1:1 and 1:2 according to Job plot. Chemosensor 1 forms complexes with Cu2+ by participation of imine nitrogen, amide nitrogen, and pyridine nitrogen. The binding constant for 1-Cu2+ is 2.09□107 M-2. Chemosensor 2 can specifically detect Cd2+ with color change from pale yellow to yellow and orange light fluorescence. Two binding ratios for 2-Cd2+ complexes were 1:1 and 1:2 according to Job plot. Chemosensor 2 bound Cd2+ through two imine nitrogens and one pyridine nitrogen. The binding constant for 2-Cd2+ is 4.79 × 10^5 M-2.
