dc.description.abstract | 高科技產業是台灣經濟發展的重心,面板產業更是其中一個重要的產業。為了使台灣的薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(Thin film transistor liquid crystal display, TFT-LCD)廠在全球市場上更具競爭力,TFT-LCD廠需要一個有效評估其量產品生產績效及決定各量產品生產組合的方法,以期能以少量的投入獲得大量的產出或利潤。因此,本研究之主要目的是利用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)針對TFT-LCD廠之各量產品提出一個有效之生產組合決策分析方法。運用資料包絡分析法能協助了解哪些決策單位(Decision-Making Unit, DMU)是屬於低效率,並且還能明確指出這些低效率之DMU需進行多少的改善才能達到高效率。由於傳統DEA在進行DMU之績效排名時,各DMU之參考對象不同而使排名產生問題,本研究應用DEA之共同權重模式為TFT-LCD廠所有量產品進行績效排名,接著再針對排名不佳的量產品以差額變數法(Slacks-Based Measure, SBM)模式提出改進建議,使得各量產品能夠有更好的績效表現。本研究最後以一個模擬之TFT-LCD廠資料來說明本研究方法確實有效。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | High-technology industry plays an important role in economic development of a country. TFT-LCD manufacturing is one of the most important high-technology in Taiwan. To improve the competitiveness of Taiwanese TFT-LCD products, TFT-LCD manufacturers need an effective tool to assess the production performance of various combinations of TFT-LCD products. Good production combination of TFT-LCD products may gain high profits. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to utilize Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to evaluate the production performance of various TFT-LCD products and make decision for producing various combinations of TFT-LCD products. The conventional DEA has some drawbacks in ranking the Decision-Making Units(DMU) since each DMU is assessed based on different reference sets. This study assesses TFT-LCD production performances utilizing common weights of DEA. The improvement direction of inefficient products are given by Slacks-Based Measure(SBM). Finally, hypothetical data are utilized to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. | en_US |
