運用DEMATEL與DANP於數位典藏網站評估與設計之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在建構數位典藏網站評估準則，透過文獻回顧發現，過去數位典藏研究存在以下問題：一、缺乏標準化評鑑準則；二、過去評鑑研究多集中在功能面；三、數位典藏網站無法吸引使用者；四、需要確認各項準則彼此間影響程度為何；五、缺乏對各項準則的整體性權重評估。本研究以學習與研究類數位典藏為研究對象，透過文獻回顧與焦點團體法，建構數位典藏網站準則，並採用DEMATEL與DANP以確認準則的權重排序與因果關係。本研究之研究貢獻如下：一、加強過往評鑑中忽略的「使用者經驗」構面；二、透過DEMATEL與DANP結果找出應優先改善的構面，並提出實際建議。

Digital Archive is popular in recent years, it profoundly affects people’s lives and learning.The purpose of this research is to construst evaluation criteria and web design,through literatures reviews we find some problems in current Digital Archive website: (1) there is less research on general Digital Archive evaluation criteria. (2)Most criteria are focus on system function.(3)It fail to attracts users.(4) lacks of impact relationship among criteria. (5) lacks of relative weight for criteria.

For this reason, this study has constructed five clusters and twenty-five criteria derived from previous studies and focus group and then use DANP methods includes DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory), and ANP (Analytic Network Process) to explore the impact of “user experiense”,” sysetem function”, “web content” , “user-centric” and “search” and the pursuit of relative weight. And finally, some design advices for is Digital Archive website suggested.
