摘要: 被動光纖網路(Passive Optical Network)的標準分別有IEEE Gigabit Ethernet PON(E-PON)及ITU-T的Gigabit PON(G-PON)。以技術規格面各有其優勢,但對於電信運營商而言,單獨從某一技術的對比結果,來判斷該採用G-PON或是E-PON進行建置是不嚴謹,因此難免會處於無所適從的窘境。 本論文以賽局理論,應用E-PON及G-PON實際建置現狀,建立彼此的賽局分析模型。研究電信營運商可能採用建置策略,建構出E-PON與G-PON的利潤函數,透過賽局模型基本假設與分析方法,推導出E-PON與G-PON賽局納許均衡及其最佳競爭策略。最後,本研究以電信營運商經營策略與網通設備供應商產品規劃策略進行賽局模型實證。
The standards of Passive Optical Network (Passive Optical Network) have been standardized in both IEEE Gigabit Ethernet PON (E-PON) and ITU-T Gigabit PON (G-PON). The viewpoint of technical specifications has its own advantages but for telecom operators, separate from a technical comparison, to determine to adapt G-PON or E-PON to deploy is not rigorous, so inevitably at a loss dilemma. The purpose of this study is to help put into perspective on Game Theory, using the architecture of actual deployment in both E-PON and G-PON. Based on potential strategy of telecom operators development to figure out the profit function of E-PON and G-PON. Using basic assumptions through the gaming model and analysis method in order to derive the Nash Equilibrium and its best competitive strategy in the E-PON and G-PON game. Finally, via the proper strategy of telecom operators and the product planning strategy of networking equipment vendors to verify the conclusion of this model.
