dc.description.abstract本論文主要目的在設計與實現螺旋式線圈無線電源模組,將其應用於植入式電子收發訊號電路以及生物醫療感測系統。在生物醫學植入式電子系統研究中,螺旋式線圈無線電源模組可做為系統主要電源的管理與調整,為整個系統不可或缺的重要元件。本研究藉著積體化的系統設計方法,以達成縮小體積、減少消耗功率、降低成本以及增進使用方便為目的。本研究完成螺旋式線圈無線電源模組各個部份的電路設計、模擬、佈局、下線製作以及系統實現。最終實際的量測與比較,證實此架構之無線電源模組,可完全符合植入式生理系統之需要。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the spiral coils as a wireless power module (SCWPM) is presented for versatile physiological signals monitoring and medical instrumentation applications. In modern biomedical systems, the SCWPM circuitry plays an important role in power management and adjustment. According to the integrated design concept, system miniaturization and low-power consumption were achieved for cost down and user convenience. The circuit design, simulation, layout, tape-out and system implementation of each SCWPM system components were exhaustively accomplished. Finally, practical measurement results proved that the proposed wireless power module was completely suited for physiological signal measurement applications.en_US
