dc.description.abstract本論文研製之新穎消色差設計可應用於LED微型投影機之照明系統。藉由我們設計之輕巧的消色差,稜鏡位在DMD主動區角落之橫向色差可以被減少至0.48 □m。ATIR稜鏡整體體積約為4091 mm3。DMD主動區角落與邊緣的光斑大小也可以被控制在198 □m以下。此外,我們使用光管來控制DMD主動區中心的色彩均勻度。在使用這兩種光學元件來降低色差後,Δu’v’可以減少至0.016以下。最後決定的光管長度為20 mm。DMD主動區照度均勻度高達 92.8%。光管之光學效率則可以維持在94.1%。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe provide the novel achromatic design in the illumination system for the mini projector with LED light source. The lateral color aberration at the corner of the DMD active area can be reduced to 0.48 □m by our compact ATIR prism. The total prism size is 4091 mm3. The spot sizes at the corner and the edge are also controlled under 198 □m. Moreover, we use the light pipe for the color uniformity at center of the DMD active area. Under the two components for color uniformity, the Δu’ v’ is well controlled under 0.016 by a length of light pipe as 20 mm. The illuminance uniformity at the DMD active area is higher than 92.8%.en_US
