dc.description.abstract本研究使用有限元素模擬軟體Abaqus建立一個高溫旋壓縮口加工製程的分析模組,用以設計及分析安全氣囊的新式氣體產生器的高壓氣瓶。首先以簡化的假設針對鋼瓶爆破壓力進行模擬,藉此取得符合強度之最輕巧鋼瓶初步結構設計;隨後以有限元素模擬軟體DEFORM內建之SAE1020在1200℃時的材料性質,配合高溫拉伸試驗的結果進行近似性分析,並將該近似數據做為模擬的材料性質依據,代入有限元素模擬軟體Abaqus中,模擬高溫旋壓縮口三道次加工製程;最後以實驗驗證模擬所得之結果,以此驗證有限元素分析模組的正確性。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn order to design and analyze the high-pressure tube used in the new design of gas generant of airbag, a finite element analysis module of spinning process at high temperature is built in this research. In this analysis module, the process of burst test is simulated first with simplified assumptions to obtain of preliminary tube design. The material property of SAE1020 at 1200℃in software DEFORM’s material library is fitted to the result of high temperature tensile test, and is then used as material property in the 3-stage-spinning-process simulation with software Abaqus. Finally, the simulation results are compared to those of experiment, to determine the validity of the analysis module.en_US
