摘要: 我們利用密度泛含理論的計算方式來研究兩條平行的奈米鋁線的量子噪音和Seebeck係數。當兩條平行鋁線的距離(d)慢慢拉長到一定距離時,我們發現到Fano factor的值隨著距離拉長而逐漸變大。相反地,隨著距離拉長電導值逐漸變小。並且電導值最大而Fano factor值最小發生在距離為5.4 a.u.時。另外一方面我們也探討兩條平行的奈米鋁線的在低溫時的Seebeck係數。我們發現當距離小於5.5 a.u.時Seebeck係數為正值但當距離大於5.5 a.u.時則Seebeck係數為負值。
We investigate quantum noise and Seebeck coefficient in two parallel Al nanowires by using density functional theory (DFT) calculated self-consistently. When the two wires are separated by a relatively large distance ( d ), we find that, with increasing d, the conductance decrease rapidly and the Fano factor increases in our calculation. The maximum value of conductance and the minimum value of Fano factor occur when d is 5.4 a.u.. On the other hand, we investigate Seebeck coefficient of the two parallel Al nanowires in the low-temperature regime. We observe positive Seebeck coefficient when the distance is smaller than 5.5 a.u. and negative Seebeck coefficients beyond 5.5 a.u..
