dc.description.abstract | 本研究首先在合成含有側邊取代之聚-(2,3-雙苯基-1,4-仲苯基乙烯)單體,引入不同長碳鏈以及□衍生物-TBDNA取代基,合成出單體M1 ~ M5,並將單體M1 ~ M5以t-BuOK進行聚合形成五個均聚合物DP-6 ~ DP-12及DP-TBDNA,所合成之五個高分子均具有足夠分子量可以成膜,且熱分解溫度高於350 oC,玻璃轉換溫度最高可達180 oC。本研究所合成之DP-6 ~ DP-12及DP-TBDNA其薄膜態在螢光量子效率方面,除了DP-TBDNA因為側邊取代基為一較平面之結構產生嚴重堆疊現象,其量子效率降至31.59 %,DP-6 ~ DP-12之量子效率皆有60 % 以上,同時並利用時差式螢光光譜分析其材料放光之穩定性。DP-6 ~ DP-12經由熱處理後利用1D-XRD、DSC以及UV-Vis & PL光譜探討熱處理對其結構之影響,發現到經過熱處理後,其材料產生規則排列,使得材料的光色改變及量子效率表現降低,對於元件產生負面之表現。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, several poly(2,3-diphenyl-1,4-phenylene vinylene) derivatives containing alkyl and 2-t-butyl-9,10-diphenylanthrance (TBDNA) side groups. The precursor monomers (M1 ~ M5) were polymerized via Gilch route to form five polymers DP-6 ~ DP-12 and DP-TBDNA using t-BuOK as a base. These polymers have sufficient molecular weight to form thin films. Their decomposition temperature (Td) are higher than 350 oC. Their glass transition temperatures (Tg) are in the range from 68 to 180 oC. The PL quantum yields of DP-6 ~ DP-12 film are higher than 60 %. However, quantum yield of DP-TBDNA film is only 31.59 %. This is due to the planar structure of TBDNA which forms aggregation. Time-resolved PL decay spectra are also used to study the dynamics of photoluminescence. 1D-XRD, DSC and UV-Vis and PL spectra are used to analyze the structures’ of polymers DP-6 ~ DP-12 by thermal annealing. After thermal annealing, regular structures are found in polymer DP-6 ~ DP-12. The regular structures cause the UV-Visible absorbance and fluorescence wavelength change and lower quantum efficiency which leads to lower the PLED performance. | en_US |
