dc.description.abstract本研究使用菌株T1、T2以及A1進行研究,進行不同操作條件測試,結果顯示,氧氣為良好的電子接受者,提高循環水槽曝氣量有助於硫化氫去除率提升,增加循環水灑水量也能提升去除率,當硫化氫進流濃度為3500~5000 ppm、氣體滯留時間為2分鐘時結果顯示,T1去除負荷能力最好,去除的負荷量為117 g-S/m3/h,最大去除負荷為183 g-S/m3/h。T2之去除負荷能力,完全去除的負荷量為79 g-S/m3/h,最大去除負荷量為150 g-S/m3/h。A1之去除負荷能力,完全去除的負荷量為38 g-S/m3/h,最大去除負荷量為133 g-S/m3/h。此研究成果可顯示生物法處理硫化氫之潛力,且實驗條件結果可作為應用於實際硫化氫處理操作條件之依據。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, three bacteria (T1, T2 and A1) were isolated for hydrogen sulfide removal. Further study on optimization of H2S removal was conducted. The results showed that oxygen was great electron receptor. Raising dissolved oxygen in medium and increased recycling of inflow medium could result in high removal efficiency of H2S. Supply additional oxygen into biofilter not only increased the removal efficiency of H2S but also increased the production of sulfate. In long-term continuous operations, which inlet concentrations ranged from 3500 to 5000 ppm and retention time was 2 min, results showed that T1 was a great elimination capacity of H2S. The highest elimination capacity reached to 117 g-S/m3/h and the maximum elimination capacity reach to 183 g-S/m3/h. The highest elimination capacity for T2 reach to 79 g-S/m3/h and the maximum elimination capacity achieved to 150 g-S/m3/h. In A1, the highest elimination capacity was up to 38 g-S/m3/h and the maximum elimination capacity was reached to 133 g-S/m3/h. These results suggested that the biofilter conducted by the isolates could be used as a guide for the scale-up system of H2S purification.  en_US
