摘要: | 目前常見的世界大學排名系統只列出學校的分數與名次,無法顯示學校與學校彼此的差距,也沒有一套方法可作為大學提升排名的參考。本論文設計一套大學模擬系統,運用簡明的試算功能,輸入擬調整數據後可概知大學當前排名態勢,並利用包覆點的概念,運用線性組合(Linear Combination)將多所大學分布於一虛擬球及實體球上,一大學可透過此評比球得知與相關大學的距離。本研究亦提出一套排名優化方法,幫助大學思考如何有效分配經費於獎勵研究以求取最大績效,進而提升排名。 Current well-known ranking systems for world universities only list the ranks and scores, which cannot display the gap between universities. This study designs a Rank Simulation System for World Universities to simulate possible rank of universities after adjusting their attribute values, and to put the university on a sphere. This study later proposes a ranking optimization to help a university allocate its resources optimally to improve its rank. |
