dc.description.abstract一般造成創傷性腦損傷的起因是由於腦部受到劇烈搖晃或撞擊而產生,會影響到腦部功能的正常運作,甚至能造成人們肢體殘廢或者死亡情形發生。然而,現有的資訊還是欠缺一些有關於人體或者動物體在腦部受到劇烈震動時,生理參數改變的研究。在此研究中,我們實現出一套無線多通道近紅外光譜儀,能對於腦部創傷發生時及創傷後,連續地監測含氧血紅素、缺氧血紅素及總血紅素濃度改變量,藉以理解創傷對其生理狀態的改變。在此研究,也使用雷射都卜勒血流計對腦創傷發生時及創傷後腦血流速偵測,並與含氧血紅素及缺氧血紅素的改變量做比較與探討。最後,實驗結果指出含氧血紅素和缺氧血紅素確實與創傷嚴重程度有關係性,臨床上,創傷性腦損傷的狀態確實能夠藉由偵測含氧血紅素及缺氧血紅素濃度改變量來評估。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTraumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is usually caused from brain shaking or impact. It can affect the normal function of the brain and even cause people become disabled and death. However, there is still lack of studies for the physiological state changes of humans or animals under brain injury. In this study, a non-invasive, wireless multi-channel near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was developed to continuously monitor the concentration change of oxy-hemoglobin (HbO2), deoxy-hemoglobin (HbR) and total-hemoglobin (HbT) to understand the change of the physiological state during and after brain shaking. A laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) was also used to monitor the change of cerebral blood flow in this study to compare and discuss with the changes of HbO2, HbR and HbT under TBI. Finally, the experimental results indicated that the concentration change of HbO2 and HbR is significantly related to the impact strength. Clinically, the status of TBI can indeed evaluated by detecting the changes of HbO2 and HbR.en_US
