dc.description.abstract在癲癇偵測與刺激的應用上,生醫元件必須要植入人體體內。由於目前的電池技術,還是沒有辦法提供足夠長的操作時間給生醫元件使用,所以植入生醫元件的病人必須在電池能量耗盡後再開刀,已更換能量耗盡的電池。為了解決這樣的問題,在本論文中,採用近場無線傳能的方式去充電植入的電池或直接提供無線電源給植入的生醫元件使用。在這論文裡,我們設計並且實作了一個20mA輸出電流、13.56 MHz 的高效率互補式金氧半主動式倍壓整流器,設計一個可以調整輸入偏移電壓的比較器和一個啟動控制電路,讓主動式整流器可以正確的開關和穩定的啟動,並且手工設計一個包含磁蕊的近場線圈,可成功傳遞13.56MHz的能量並使得倍壓整流器可以成功操作。為了電源設計的完整性,整合了團隊中設計的低壓降穩壓器,同時實現三個穩壓器將大於2V的主動式倍壓整流器的輸出電壓轉換成1.8的穩定直流輸出分別供壓於類比,數位,以及參考電壓。經由實驗驗證,最後可以量測的主動式倍壓整流器電壓,類比輸出電壓,數位輸出電壓,參考電壓輸出的漣波分別為10.4mV,5.9mV,72.4mV, 1.5mV和達到整體轉換效率76.5%,zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFor epilepsy detection and stimulation application, the medical device should be fully implantable. The currently battery technology still cannot stand for an enough time for medical devices operation (about 1 year), the patient need additional surgery to replace the exhausted battery annually. To solve this problem, a near-field inductive energy transmission to recharge battery or provide power supply for implantable biomedical devices is adopted. In this thesis, we have developed and fabricated a 20-mA output current CMOS active voltage doubler rectifier with the comparator can adjust the input offset voltage and the additional start control circuit operated at 13.56MHz. A comparator and additional start control circuit is designed make the CMOS active voltage doubler rectifier has correct operation and robust start-up mechanism. The hand winding near-field coil with the ferrite core is fabricated, that can successfully transmit power at resonant frequency 13.56MHz and make the proposed active voltage doubler operate successfully. For the complete design, the LDO is integrated in the single chip, realized three fully-integrated LDOs with rectifier output 2V to 1.8V output voltage for analog, digital, and reference circuits. The measured ripple voltages of rectifier, analog, digital, and reference output are 10.4mV, 5.9mV, 72.4mV, 1.5mV, respectively .The 76.5% high power efficiency is achieved.en_US
