摘要: 以燒結法製備不同組成之Al2O3/Y2O3/ ZrO2陶瓷試片,與鈦合金(Ti-6Al-4V)在1atm氬(Ar)氣氛下,進行1700℃/2h之高溫擴散反應,探討在此製成參數下,陶瓷材料與鈦合金高溫擴散反應介面之影響。本實驗用X光繞射儀(x-ray diffraction,XRD)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM/EDS),分析擴散後的介面反應微觀結構。 各組陶瓷試片與鈦合金(Ti-6Al-4V)經熔融擴散反應後,在鈦側皆會產生α-Ti(Al、V、O) 及TixOy,而陶瓷側部分則因各試片比例之不同及各相與鈦親和力之不同產生差異極大的反應層,陶瓷側中觀察到的相包含:Y2O3、α-Ti(Al、V、O) 、Y-ZrO2 、Y4Al2O9、Ti3Al、AlZr2、Al3Zr2 、YAlO3...等。陶瓷內各相與鈦的反應能力為Al2O3 > YAG > Y-ZrO2> Y2O3。 陶瓷複合材料中的YAG在熔融擴散反應中扮演著關鍵性的角色,故將YAG單獨與鈦合金(Ti-6Al-4V)做高溫熔融擴散反應,特別討論之。
Various Al2O3/Y2O3/ZrO2 as sintering samples were reacted with titanium alloy at 1700℃/2h. Analyzing the microstructure of the reaction interface was characterized with XRD and SEM/EDS after reaction. α-Ti(Al、V、O) and TixOy are found in Ti-6Al-4V side after diffusion reaction for all samples. In ceramic side, each sample have found different phases because each phase have diverse affinity with Ti. Some of the compound have been observed, including Y2O3,α-Ti(Al、V、O), Y-ZrO2, Y4Al2O9, Ti3Al, AlZr2, Al3Zr2, YAlO3, etc.The affinity with Ti of those compound can be fall into rank as Al2O3 > YAG > Y-ZrO2> Y2O3. YAG has play an important role during diffusion process. It will be necessary to analysis YAG and Ti-6Al-4V diffusion reaction with the same temperature and time.
