dc.description.abstract隨著VLSI技術日益的進步,電源網路的大小也有著相當大幅度的增加。因此,在設計過程中,對電源網路的分析也成為一項具有挑戰性的任務。本篇論文利用巨集模型以及增強的正交匹配追蹤方法,發展出一套強健而且有效率的電源網路增量分析技術,稱之為MA-OMPt。在電源網路中,MA-OMPt不僅可以處理電路元件值的變動,同時也可以處理網路拓撲(topology)的修改。實驗結果顯示出MA-OMPt比起只能處理電源網路元件值變動的正交匹配追蹤法速度快上一個量級,同時MA-OMPt也可以精確而且有效地處理電源網路的拓樸變動。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAs VLSI techniques are getting more and more advanced, the size of the power grid network increases dramatically. Therefore, the power grid analysis becomes a challenging task during the design procedure. This work utilizes the macromodeling technique and enhances the Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) based method to develop an effective and robust incremental analysis method for the power grid network, MA-OMPt. Given a power grid network, MA-OMPt not only can deal with the change of its element values but also can handle the modification of its topology. The experimental results show that MA-OMPt can be an order of magnitude faster than the OMP-based method which can only deal with the change of element values of the power grid. The experimental results also demonstrate that MAOMPt can accurately and efficiently handle the modified topology of the power grid network.en_US
