dc.description.abstract在這篇論文中,我們主要探討有關二甲基甲醯胺調控醣基化反應策略在高活性/低活性醣基化反應的影響,各種不同的分子間的活性值是藉由相對活性比較值的方法得到,而我們也成功的藕合低活性的予體與高活性的受體與一鍋化的反應,最後,我們以這個方法用最簡單的方式合成出PI-88的寡醣骨架。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we discussed about the effect in using DMF modulated glycosylation strategy in armed/disarmed glycosylation. The molecular reactivity was determined by RRV method and successfully coupled low reactive donor with high reactive acceptor even in one pot reaction. Final, we use this method to simply prepare PI-88 skeleton oligosaccharide.en_US
