dc.description.abstract | 供應鏈管理中,為了避免突發事件對供應鏈營運上造成影響,學者們提出建立供應鏈彈性的模式需具備:供應鏈間著眼於整體效益、資訊共享、各環節中交貨速度提高和共同承擔風險的管理文化。Goldratt, E. M. 所提出的Demand Pull中,認為供應鏈配銷管理應將推式補貨模式改成拉式需求補貨模式取代過去以預測為基礎之生產模式,並搭配緩衝管理(Buffer Management)來管控庫存水準。本研究利用Avraham Goldratt Institute ( AGI ) 所開發出來的模擬軟體,建立供應鏈發生突發事件而造成中斷的情況下,比較推式系統和拉式系統兩種補貨方式的應變能力,並驗證供應鏈在突發事件發生時,TOC補貨管理方式能建立一個優良供應鏈彈性,並擁有應變能力能減少突發事件帶來的傷害。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | To avoid the impact of Unexpected Incident on the operation of supply chain management, experts proposed that the model of chain resilience framework requires the overall interests, resource sharing, the increase of the delivery speed and the cultural management of risk sharing. Demand Pull Method from Goldratt, E. M. suggested that supply chain distribution management should replace Push replenishment with Pull replenishment mode to predict the production with buffer management to control the inventory level. This study uses simulation software developed by Avraham Goldratt Institute ( AGI ) to compare the response ability of Push and Pull system when unexpected incident caused by interrupted case. And verify TOC replenishment management approach can build up a good supply chain resilience and has the ability to decrease the damage caused by unexpected events | en_US |
