摘要: 隨著科技的進步,人們的生活水準逐漸提升,人們對於醫療的需求日益提升,醫療的品質更是現代世界各國極為注重的主要議題,隨著醫療技術的發達,人類的壽命亦也不斷延長,如何在高平均年齡的時代保持人們的健康和生命品質,成為醫療器材發展的重要基礎;牙科X光數位設備、系統,是目前牙科器材最高階的醫材設備之一,亦是進入門檻最高且單價高昂的醫療設備,由於牙科保健的推廣,植牙技術的迅速發展,促使牙科X光數位掃描設備的需求大增。 本研究主要在探討個案公司,如何利用本身的資源優勢,在國際競爭的市場找到合作的策略合作夥伴,並且利用雙方各自擁有的優勢資源,規劃發展出利於雙方合作,且能攜手拓展國際市場的資源策略、競爭策略。研究主要採用個案研究法,透過訪問個案公司及其母公司,由其高階主管、市場相關人員的訪談中蒐集相關資訊,並彙整產業相關資料及報告,加以整合分析其個案公司之競爭策略,並同步探討其策略合作的過程的外部環境變化,以至於雙方企業的合作,如何因應進行調整迎合市場。 藉由本研究之相關分析、探討,希冀能提供台灣醫療器材廠商,一個新穎的拓展國際市場之策略觀點及經營規劃參考,將企業危機化為轉型拓展的基石,善用自身的優勢資源,面對外部環境的競爭和威脅。
With the advancement of the technology, people’s standard of living gradually improved. The demand for medical and health care service is increasing daily. The main topic of quality medical service is becomes a worldwide issue which many countries are already in discussion. As the advances in medical technology, human life will continue to extend. Based on how to maintain healthy and quality life in this era of longevity has become an important foundation to develop medical equipment. Dental digital X-ray equipment and system are among the most high-end medical devices. It is also the high value and upper classification medical equipment. Because of the worldwide promotion for dental hygiene, the dental implant technology is developing rapidly. This leads to the demand and needs of dental digital X-ray equipment. This research mainly investigates on individual dental manufacture company. Utilize the advantage of its own resources to find strategic partners and cooperate in the international competitive market. Furthermore, combine all the superiority from each company and work together in planning, development. This will beneficial the cooperation and can expand the international market by using the resource and competitive strategies. The research is using the case study method. The interview is been conducted through individual dental manufacture company and its sub-company with their executive managers and marketing personals. After gathering all the relevant information, a comprehensive analysis is formed by reports of entire industry. By using this analysis to synchronization the process, the adjustment can be made at company’s competitive strategies, strategic cooperation, enterprises cooperation and more. By correlation analysis of the research and discussion, the goal is to provide the Taiwanese medical equipment manufactures a new point of view for business and strategy planning. To transform the corporate crisis into their expansion cornerstone and to make a good use of its own resources in order to face the competition and treats are the key points for success.
