摘要: 面對快速變遷的競爭環境,企業需要更快速地開發新產品,以搶得市場先機及提升客戶滿意度。為了提升產品研發的品質與效率,專案的進度掌控與專家小組的審查把關,就成為企業內研發部門管理中相當重要的管理活動。 本研究希望從「專案管理」、「流程管理」角度,來瞭解研發部門如何有效地管理產品專案,並透過資訊系統的導入,協助研發專案小組更快速地獲得專案即時資訊,保留產品專案過程的知識,進一步再結合知識管理的機制,為企業保留最珍貴的知識資產。 透過個案公司建置產品專案管理系統的過程與經驗,本研究嘗試提出一套結合專案管理與流程管理的產品專案管理系統架構,作為企業產品研發單位建置資訊系統時的參考。期能對企業在產品研發專案績效的提升上,能有正面的幫助,進而應用於企業知識管理,以厚植企業的智慧資本。
In light of rapidly changing and competitive environment, enterprises need to more quickly develop new products to grab market opportunities and improve customer satisfaction. In order to enhance efficiency and quality of product development, the control of project schedules and the screening from the experts have become very important management activities in the midst of R&D department management. This study hopes to achieve the goal of understanding how the R&D departments can effectively manage the projects for product development, from both “Project Management ”and “Business Process Management ”perspective. Through the implementation of information systems, it helps the group more quickly obtain real-time project information and retain the knowledge during project lifecycle. Further if combining knowledge management mechanism, it would help keep the most valuable knowledge assets of the enterprise. Through the experiences of implementing product project management system form the case, this study attempts to propose a combination of project management and business process management for the architecture of a product project management system in order to be referenced when the R&D group building such information systems. In an expectation that this study is able to help enterprises enhance performance of product development project, and further apply to knowledge management and accumulate capabilities for intellectual capital within enterprises.
