dc.description.abstract本研究採用澳洲風險評估方法「HB-167」作為國際供應鏈安全管理系統(ISO 28000)的風險評估工具,主要內容為風險背景資料建立、風險辨識、風險分析、風險衡量、風險改善處理等五大步驟。 本研究涵蓋文獻探討、腦力激盪以及ISO 28000。初步建立此一PCB產業的成品倉背景資料,其次,評估PCB產業之成品倉之風險影響因素,乃以HB-167以及腦力激盪法所為之。第三,藉由腦力激盪法討論出適合此PCB產業成品倉中的風險影響因子的各項定義以及級數的設定,並以計算分析出相關的風險指數,藉以衡量其風險的高低。 研究結果顯示:經由「HB-167」分析PCB產業的成品倉儲作業之風險關鍵因素,主要為承攬商送貨人員的辨識度不足,成為成品倉儲作業中的潛在弱點,本研究將針對成品倉儲的風險因素分別提出風險策略建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the Australian evaluating means, HB-167, has adopted as the risk assessment tool of the international supply chain security management system (ISO 28000). The main content of the means can be divided into five major steps, which are: establishing the background information of risks, risk identifying, risk analyses, risk measuring, and improvements in risk handling. This thesis consists of literature reviews, brainstorming, and ISO28000. The initial step is to establish the background information of PCB industries. Second, it is to evaluate the affecting aspects for the finished product warehouse in PCB industries based on both HB-167 and brainstorming. Third, through brainstorming, discussions on various definitions, as well as the setting of the grades for affecting factors of the finished products warehouse in PCB industries, has proceeded. After that, calculations and analyses of risk statistics has performed, so that to measure the degree of the risks. The results show that, after the HB-167 analysis on those key factors of risks in the finished product warehouse in PCB industries, the essential issue turns out to be that the delivery personnel from contractors are in lack of ways for recognition, and this has become a potential weakness in the management of product warehouse. Therefore, the research would focus on the strategic suggestion for different risk policies respectively in the product warehouse storage process.en_US
