摘要: | 本論文研究分為兩個部份,第一部份為CdS奈米粒子與Poly(styrene-b-ethylene oxide)(PSEO)塊式高分子塊材(Bulk)之研究,已經成功合成出CdS/PSEO奈米複合材料,其中表面改質之硫化鎘CdS奈米粒子可以選擇性分散於塊式高分子(PSEO)六方堆積柱狀之PEO相中,形成三維規則排列結構的奈米複合材料,由X光散射儀(X-ray)及熱差掃描卡計(DSC)發現CdS奈米粒子降低柱狀PEO的結晶度,也可從小角度X光散射(SAXS)及穿透電子顯微鏡(TEM)中發現PEO柱子跟柱子間的距離變大以及規則性下降,且大量CdS加入時,發現六方堆積柱狀的PEO微結構被破壞。
第二部份為薄膜(Thin-film)上的研究,利用微胞溶液系統的方式在toluene中使CdS/PEO形成微胞,再將此溶液旋轉塗佈於鍍碳玻璃形成薄膜,其中利用SPM掃描式探針顯微鏡以及TEM可以發現PSEO隨CdS加入,其PEO相球狀比例增加且PEO包覆在CdS周邊,也利用IR及NMR推測出CdS表面與PEO產生氫鍵,並在濃度28 % CdS/PSEO時可得到CdS nanoclusters規則的二維陣列。 The first part involves the bulk form of PS-b-PEO with CdS. Surface-modified CdS nanoparticles selectively dispersed in hexagonally-packed polyethylene oxide (PEO) cylinders of poly(styrene-b-ethylene oxide) (PSEO) block copolymer have been prepared. The incorporation of CdS nanoparticles prevents PEO cylinders from properly crystallizing, as confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry and wide-angle X-ray diffraction measurements. The inter-cylinder distance between the swollen and reduced-crystallinity CdS/PEO cylinders in turn increases, as confirmed by small-angle X-ray scattering and transmission electron microscopy data. At high CdS concentration, however, the hexagonally-packed cylindrical nanostructure of the PSEO diblock copolymer is destroyed. The second part studies the thin-film with CdS and copolymer. We used to form micelles with CdS/PEO-core and PS-shell structures in the toluene. This micelles solution is then spin-coated on a carbon-coated glass to form a thin film. When the CdS content increased that PEO phase changed form cylindrical to sphere, as confirmed by atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy data. Wu can guessed that H-bonding about CdS and PEO, as confirmed by FT-IR and NMR spectrum. At 28%CdS/PSEO concentration, however, the regular CdS nanoclusters 2-D array is appeared. |
