摘要: The purpose of this study is to develop an e-tourism platform that will help tourists from the beginning until the end of their plan. This new platform will target people doing tourism abroad and it will initially focus on Taiwan’s inbound visitors. This new product will make use of artificial intelligence techniques; to help tourists to easily plan and coordinate their trips with their friends and have easy access to good offers and touristic information while traveling, in addition, this city tour guide platform will help travelers to share their traveling experiences in a totally new way and make their followers feel like they are also traveling with them. This business plan will be based on the freemium business model. In other words, a free and paid version will be made available. In addition, and a cheap advertisement model will be offered to companies who wish to advertise their products through this software platform. The software application will be available through a web page and a mobile application that will work together; to offer an easy solution for the user to use this platform. To check the feasibility of this business plan, data from the tourism bureau was analyzed; In addition, a survey was conducted among inbound visitors in Taiwan; so as to build a target market profile and forecast the potential users of this platform. Finally a financial plan was developed. This financial plan unveils the potential of this startup. Moreover, if suggests the financial benefits for a company and its investors.
