dc.description.abstract以熱彈液動力學(Thermo-elastohdrodynamics, 簡稱TEHD)之觀點,分析齒輪變速 箱中齒輪組在實際操作環境下齒輪潤滑之性質。 本文以多組相當(Equivalent)之圓柱體(Circular cylinder pairs )來模擬齒輪 組各種嚙合現象,並應用熱彈液動力理論之數值分析解,求出齒輪組各種嚙合情況下 壓力溫度、膜厚三特性分佈,據此計算正確之潤滑油黏度值與磨擦能量損失,作為齒 輪組與齒輪油最佳搭配之參考,以期能提高傳動效能,降低能量損失,以及延長齒輪 之壽命。文中並各提出一組圓柱體潤滑與齒輪組潤滑之實例計算與結果分析。 本文中亦以實驗驗證比較圓柱體潤滑模擬齒輪組潤滑之可行性。zh_TW
