dc.description.abstract本論文主旨在探討波導雷射共振腔皂失準效應。在理論分析方面,我們視波導管為一 LP01單模濾腔,藉著Huygens-Fresnel 繞射積分式;並考慮反射鏡之有限口徑,將耦合效率表成一失準角的冪級數。同時, 我們也對雷射的輸出功率及反射鏡的失準關係,作了實驗的採討。藉著在均質線擴展 機制(homogeneous line broadening mechanics )下之雷射輸出功率和增益係數的 關係式,將理論和實驗結果聯結在一起,並得到極佳之符合。zh_TW
