| dc.description.abstract | 本論文提出一套運算法則(algorithm ),對含有雜訊的圖片(noisy picture ), 予以先處理,達到去除雜訊(noise removal ),影像改良(image enhancement ) ,統計圖表(histogram )的條狀化(spike ),便於切割(Segment ),達到目標 物抽取(object extraction )效果。 對於一張圖片的每一點像元(pixel )的處理,我們將它分為在局部範圍與大域範圍 下處理,在局部範圍下,一點的明暗度為最具該區域代表性者的明暗度所取代。 結果一張圖片經此處理後,圖片成為有區域性的區塊所組成,統計圖表成明顯的條狀 化,接下去的切割變得簡而易行。 文中附有熱影像船隻偵測之處理結果,並與其他方法做比較及對其本身參數做分析。 | zh_TW |
