dc.description.abstract本論文以MODIFIED PPO樹脂為實驗材料,探討低壓及氣體反壓力結構發泡射出成型加 工條件、發泡結構、表面品質及機械性質之關係。實驗結果發現影響低壓及氣體反壓 力結構發泡射出成型平均氣泡大小的最主要因素是發泡劑濃度及起核濃度,其次是融 熔物溫度。提高短射量,升高融熔物溫度,降低發泡劑濃度及減低射速將得到較不均 勻的氣泡大小及分佈。MODIFIED PPO氣體反壓力結構發泡射出成型可明顯改進低壓結 構發泡射出成型成品粗糙的表面,雖在產品尾端可見到流痕的存在,但流痕並不造成 粗糙度的明顯變化。短射量及融熔物溫度是影響抗折摸數及抗折強度的主因,在相同 加工條件之下,氣體反壓力結構發泡射出成型較低壓結構發泡射出成型擁有較佳的抗 折性質。zh_TW
