dc.description.abstract | 本文的目的是使用溶膠-凝膠法來合成矽石玻璃,並比較各種起始原料的優缺點, 然後由酸和鹼兩種催化劑分別控制金屬醇鹽的水解與膠體顆粒的聚合。而在溶膠中 加入控制乾燥的化學添加劑來避免溼凝膠乾燥時的龜裂,再配合適當的乾燥速率與 乾燥型式,得到無龜裂與無形變的乾燥凝膠。乾燥凝膠再經燒結過程,最後可得到 密度 2.1878 g/cm□、折射率1.4568的高透明度矽石玻璃。 | zh_TW |
