dc.description.abstract本論文是以溶膠-凝膠技術研製硫化鎘微晶玻璃瑰材,其目的是將硫化鎘微晶鑲入玻 璃內,控制微晶大小、浀濃度以產生量子侷限位移和聲子軟化現象來探討尺度效應 (size effect) 。 將溶膠-凝膠法製造摻氧化鎘玻璃,浸泡在硫化納的甲醇溶液中,隨後乾燥所得之硫 化鎘微晶玻璃。發現短時間(10分鐘)和長時間(5天) 浸泡的樣品相比,能隙分前為 2.51ev和2.42ev,有0.09ev之藍位移現象。zh_TW
