dc.description.abstract | 傳統單螺桿熔化區內,聚集在固體床側的熔體池,會造成固體床破裂使得熔融不完全 及產品不均勻的缺點。而障壁螺桿的設計,是為了改善此一缺點。本研究利用電腦模 擬Kim、Maillefer二種螺桿。分析模式包含以下二部份。熔化區部份分成固體溝道及 液體溝道,固體溝道部份以Tadmor model為基礎,液體溝道利用有限差分法求解,計 量區部份仍以有限差分法求解,黏度以power law描述之。 結果顯示,提高螺桿的轉速可提高熔化速率及壓力,提高套筒溫度,可使熔化質量流 率上升,但幅度並不大,且提高套筒溫度會使壓力下降。所以在操作時需尋求最佳套 筒溫度。提高螺桿轉速雖然加快熔化速率,但仍需注意樹脂是否因所產生的溫度過高 度而裂解。 | zh_TW |
