dc.description.abstract設施佈置是建立自動化工廠的基礎工作,而無人搬運車是自動化工廠內各 設施間的搬運設備,兩者在規劃時所考慮的主要因素皆為物料搬運成本,所 以本論文的目標,即是建構一啟發式的演算法,一併解決設施佈置和無人搬 運車路徑設計問題.本論文之構想在利用無人搬運車路徑設計方法,以物料 搬運成本為安置設施的依據,將設施逐項加入佈置圖中,直到所有的設施完 全定位為止.本論文提出的演算法,是以各設施起卸站間無人搬運車的行走 距離為準則,可反應出實際的規劃狀況. It is well known that the facilities planing plays a key role in making an automatic factory. The automatic guided vehicles (AGV) are extensively deployed transporting materials from one station to another to minimize the total travel cost. The objective of this study is to develop a heuristic algorithm suitable for planning the facilities and designing the AGV path simultaneously. The algorithm proposed assigns facilities consecutively to the optimal location based upon the AGV travel distance between the pick-up and delivery station. It is believed that the presented approach well corresponds to the real situation and therefore can be applied to industry.zh_TW
