影響MRP軟體系統發展之關鍵因素研究

Abstract

本研究從資訊資源管理的角度思考，利用全數抽樣法搜集國內目前開發製 造業應用軟體､經營規劃類軟體､生產管理類軟體､庫存管理類軟體､財 務管理類軟體､人事薪資管理類軟體､銷售管理類等軟體的廠商，其發展 或代理ＭＲＰ軟體系統的情形，並瞭解發展者與使用者之間供需認知差距 問題。透過數種統計分析方法尋找出影響ＭＲＰ軟體系統發展的關鍵因素 。本研究對變數的考慮乃綜合相關領域學者或專家其對資訊系統開發､資 訊系統管理､軟體評估等主題所提出的實證類研究成果或非實證類文獻資 料，透過專家實務經驗（專家訪談）過濾而選定，考慮層面包含內部因素 與外部因素，如ＭＲＰ軟體系統發展成效指標考慮為：規格與需求一致性 ､軟體品質､軟體發展效益､發展週期､風險度及模組設計性等。而影響 ＭＲＰ軟體系統發展的因素考慮為：內部需求､能力､期望､及環境等。 以模式變數檢定及多變量的變數分析方法尋找影響ＭＲＰ軟體系統發展的 關鍵因素及其線性模式。最後並透過對ＭＲＰ系統使用者的研究數據，以 多重檢定比較法，建構出ＭＲＰ軟體系統供應者與使用者之間的合作模式 。 Based on information resources management(IRM) and software system evolution literatures,some hypothesis tests from MRP software vendors across Taiwan that supplied or developed pro- duction management package, inventory management package, fin- ancial, sales, personnel,payroll,and mfg. application package. Two empirical models are presented, the first model reviews that the system specifications consistent with users demaind, software quality, the benefit of software evolution, evolution cycle, module characteristics, and the risk of system evolution are an indicator to measure evolution effect of MRP software system. Further more, the study also displays the critical fac- tors of MRP software system evolution, it includes :(1).Performs ability, (2).Hardware ability, (3).Making the norms of mfg. soft- ware evolution, (4).Making the norms of servicing contract for computerized consulting, (5).Establising the institute for pro- moting production/material management technique, (6).The stand- ardization of open architectures, (7).Capitals, (8).Tools. The second model reviews the supply cooperated with demaind, both them considered that must communicated before bargain, if that, user's performances will be elevated as well as software suppliers. Finally, the study proposing improved emphasis, that's Making the norms of mfg. software evolution, Making the norms of ser- vicing contract for computerized consulting, Establising the ins- titute for promoting production/material management technique.
