dc.description.abstract本文之目的在發展一公路搶修決策支援系統中之任務指派模式,依據公路 工程搶修之特性與基本原則,本文研擬出工程搶修任務指派方式,以輔助 決策者制定工程搶修任務指派計劃。本研究提出二個解題模式,提供決策 者視實際災況加以選擇運作。一為資源指派排程模式,將問題分成二個階 段個別求解,第一階段先行求出指派方案,第二階段再運算出資源指派排 班方案。另一為服務配送排程模式:乃一可解多場站車輛巡行問題( Multi-depot VRP)考慮時間窗(Time-windows)限制的 0-1 整數線性規 劃模式。 This research develops a duty assignment model of a Decision Support System ( DSS ) for urgent roadway repair. The model has been formuulated according to the characteristics and regulations of roadway repairs This model can help decision maker to determine the roadway repair duty assignment plan. The decision maker can choose best one among various aternatives depending on the actual disaster situation. This research has proposed two duty assign-ment models: (1) duty assignment scheduling model: this model divides the problem into two phases to generate the duty assignment scheduling plan. (2) service delivery routing model: this model using the 0-1 integer linear programming method to solve multi_depot VRP with time-windows.zh_TW
