dc.description.abstract本論文中,首先設計和分析各種用於類比運算和類比訊號處理的電流式電 路,例如:平方器、乘法器、絕對值電路、開方器和電流值區分器。再根 據這些電路提出一個電流式多功用類比處理器。此處理器具有可變性,可 以適用於不同的應用。它包括了平行的運算元和串聯埠,因此聯接數個同 樣晶片的串聯埠可擴充成較大的系統。它提供了許多功能,藉由數位控制 訊號來操作。此外,本文中也介紹此處理器的應用。一個包含完整電路和 其它次電路的實驗晶片根據0.8微米金氧半製程設計和製作。SPICE模擬和 成品的量測結果可用來驗證此設計。 In this thesis , various CMOS current-mode analog circuitsas squarer , multiplier , absolute value circuit ,quare-rooter and current minimum-maximum circuit for analogignal processing and analog computing are designed andnalyzed first . The processor architecture is flexible and modular tommodate different applications . It contains parallelomputational units and a serial port so that it can bexpanded to a larger system by connecting the serial portsf the chip sets together . An experimental chip containing the processor with fourwo-operand inputs and its subcircuits has been designed andabricated in 0.8 um CMOS double-poly double-metal n-wellechnology . The SPICE DC and transient analysis results asell as the experimental results have been demonstrated toerify the function and the performance of the designedircuits and the processor .zh_TW
