dc.description.abstract本研究之主旨在於利用陽離子與乙二醇/檸檬酸聚酯前驅物以製備釔系 YBa2Cu4O8(124相)高溫超導塊材與薄膜.論文中探討不同醇酸比,製程溫度 及時間對124相生成之效應,並以X-光繞射,紅外光譜,熱分析,電阻率及磁 性量測與掃瞄式電子顯微鏡對124超導體作分析與特性鑑定.此外我們也將 上述聚酯前驅物利用旋轉塗佈法在氧化鎂基板上製成YBa2Cu4O8超導薄膜, 並對其製程、物性與微結構相互關係作系統化的探討。zh_TW
