dc.description.abstract以醋酸鋅當催化劑, 回收的 PET廢瓶可用過量的乙二醇(EG)於190 .degree.C下分解,利用這些醇解物與己二酸的聚縮合反應可合成聚酯型 聚醇(Polyester polyol),藉改變[OH]/[COOH]的比值,可得不同分子量 的聚醇。這些聚醇,與MDI或TDI的加成反應,於不同比例的[NCO]/ [OH] 下,合成一系列PU,並以DSC及TGA來分析這些合成的PU。 Poly(ethylene terephthalate), recycled from soft-drink bottle wastes, is depolymerized by glycolysis in excess ethylene glycol (EG) at 190 .degree.C in the presence of zinc acetate catalyst. The glycolyzed products are reacted with adipic acid through polycondensation to give polyester polyols. By varying the ratio of hydroxyl to carbonyl group, polyester polyols with different molecular weights are obtained. A series of polyure- thanes with different isocyanate to hydroxyl ratios are synthesized by reacting the polyester polyol with diisocyan- ate. These cast polyurethanes obtained are characterized by DSC and TGA.zh_TW
