倒地鈴(Cardiospermem halicacabum L.)之成分研究

Abstract

倒地鈴全草，經乾燥粉碎､甲醇萃取，以及各種色層分析技術分離，得到 六種成分，經光譜分析､化學反應及其氣相層析鑑定，其構造如下︰化合 物CH-1︰飽和直鏈酸（以正十六酸為主成分）。化合物CH-2︰飽和直鏈酸 甲酯（以正十六酸甲酯為主成分）。化合物CH-3︰三■類，Glutinol化合 物CH-4︰飽和直鏈酸混晶（以正二十四酸為主成分）。化合物CH-5︰ Aurantiamide acetate化合物CH-6︰Aurantiamide Cardiospermum halicacabum L.(Sapindaceae), known as one of the diuretic and tumor inhibitory folk-medicines, is a common climber in Taiwan. From the methanol extract of the whole herb of this plant, a triterpenoid alcohol:glutinol, and two modified dipeptides: aurantiamide acetate and aurantiamide together with fatty acids and their methyl ester were obtained. The structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidence.
