dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們利用梳形波產生器,偏壓Auston式低溫砷化錠光導開關,組成光脈 衝時間相位偵測器,用以監測光脈衝時間紊亂度,再加上迴路率波器與壓控相位移動 器,構成本實驗的光電式鎖相迴路系統。 以此系統我們將 Nc:YAG 連續波主動鎖模雷射的時間紊亂度,由20.6微微秒減低至約 8 微微秒。在光脈衝時間紊亂度的量測上是採用觀察計算光脈衝時間相位頻譜,其高 次諧波的相位雜訊旁帶而得,計算的頻率範圍由 100 Hz 到10.1 KHz。zh_TW
