dc.description.abstract本論文研究位於覆層量子點中心的似氫雜質之基態能階。其能量是由解等效質量近似 之薛丁格方程式所求得,方程式的解我們以惠泰克函數及庫倫波函數表示。計算的結 果顯示,當覆層很厚且覆層內的球半徑不太小時,球內的電子對覆層外的位壘並不敏 感。另外,我們發現當球半徑很小時,雜質的束縛能與覆層內外位壘差值有關。最後 ,我們也考慮了電子在不同材料中具有不同等效質量的情形。zh_TW
