dc.description.abstract摘要 深孔鑽削加工可用來鑽削高孔深...孔徑比之深孔,但是由於刀桿極長,使其振動 作用對切削品質影響甚大。若能掌握刀桿行為則對於深孔鑽削技術的操作,設計與增 進其切削性能都將有莫大的助益。本論以BTA(Boring and Trepanning Association) 鑽為對象,以側向及軸向動來探討其刀桿行為,並以七項實驗,利用模態分析的方法 ,分別就刀桿之特性,夾具之效應及刀桿在模擬實際切削狀沖下之行來加以分析觀察 ,並和理論相互驗證。zh_TW
