dc.description.abstract在一多專案的環境裡,可能需要定期重新指派人力至各專案中的工作項目。 zh_TW
In a multi-project environment, we may need to periodically reassign the staffs to the tasks of each project. Learning effect denotes that a staff member would perform better if he has been assigned to a particular task as possible. This effect usually occurs in the implementation of multi-projects, yet was rarely concerned in previous literature. This research aims to formulate the staff assignment problem for a multi-project scenario with learning effects. A nonlinear mathematic model for minimizing the staff outsourcing cost has been proposed and solved by a genetic algorithm. Experiments for solving various size of test problems has been carried out for justifying the propose method.en_US
