摘要: 高穿透率、高色彩純度以及具備良好耐熱性質的干涉型多層薄膜彩色濾光 器可應用磁控濺渡的技術而製得, 它比傳統方法如染色法所製成的彩色濾 光器具有更佳的光學效能及耐性。選用二氧化矽及二氧化鈦兩種薄膜材料 及輔以最佳化結構設計, 可得平均 80% 的穿透率, 且在 15 度視角以內 對色度的影響不大, 因此干涉型多層薄膜彩色濾光器能應用於視角較小的 產品, 例如投影型液晶顯示器、彩色相機以及掃描器等視訊產品。 High transmittance, high color purity, and excellent thermal resistance multilayered interference color filters were fabrica- ted by magnetron sputtering processes. The color filters have superior optical performance and durability than dye-gelatin filters. Average transmittance can be higher than 80% by choos- ing TiO2/SiO2 as thin film materials and optimizing the struct- ure. The influence on chromaticity is weak within viewing angle +/- 15 degree. Thus, the multilayered interference color filters could be application for small viewing angle, e.g. projection LC-TV, color camera, and scanner.
