dc.description.abstract論文研究的主要目的是利用雙層TbFeCo薄膜之間的耦合作用,降低單層
TbFeCo薄膜在磁光記錄上的偏壓磁場.雙層薄膜結構為Tb(28)((Fe
(90)Co(10))(72)/Tb(23)((Fe(90)Co(10))(77) 的磁光碟片,其偏壓磁場
及起始磁場明顯地降低至75 Oe.我們並且以磁泡模型和成核模型為理論基
礎來討論熱磁記錄及描述雙層薄膜的耦合作用在偏壓磁場和起始磁場的影
響.
The purpose of this study is to reduce the bias field of
magneto-optical (MO) recording by double-layered exchange-
coupling MO films. A magneto-optical disk of Tb(28)((Fe(90)Co
(10))(72)/Tb(23)((Fe(90)Co(10))(77) exchange-coupled double-
layered structure has been fabricated with the obvious
reduction of both the bias and onset field to about 75 Oe. In
addition, a mechanism based on 'bubble and nucleation field
model'is suggested to be appreciated for te influences of
double-layered exchange coupling on the bias and onset fields.
