dc.description.abstract | 在磁光碟片的記錄層材料中,DyFeCo異相合金具有高的異相性及頑磁力 ,使其只需低的外加磁場及雷射功率,即可達到良好的記錄效果,上述的特 性使得DyFeCo薄膜頗能符合未來磁光記錄高資料傳輸率的需求.本論文的 主要目標,是想對現行所用的磁光材料TbFeCo與具有潛力的磁光材料 DyFeCo近行比對研究,以比較兩者的優劣.實驗的樣品,是以磁控濺鍍法製 做,分別測量薄膜的磁,磁光及記錄特性,以進行比較其在磁光記錄上的應 用. Among magneto-optical recording media, DyFeCo is found to possess high perpendicular anisotropy, high coercivity, and requires only low bias field and writing power to be recorded. With these characteristics, DyFeCo is potentially to be a MO recording medium of high data transfer rate. The objective of this thesis work is to compare magnetic, MO, and recording characteristics of TbFeCo and DyFeCo as a MO recording medium. Their application as MO disk media were assessed. | zh_TW |
