dc.description.abstract本文研究TbFeCo/DyFeCo雙層薄膜的主要目的,是利用雙層薄膜間的交換 耦合作用,來降低記錄層TbFeCo薄膜的偏壓磁場。我們以成份比例固定的 TbFeCo薄膜,與一系列成份比例不同的DyFeCO薄膜組成雙層薄膜,研究 TbFeCo合金薄膜在加上DyFeCo合金薄膜後,其記錄行為所受的影響。我們 發現在TbFeCo薄膜上覆蓋一層適當的DyFeCo薄膜,透過雙層薄膜間的交換 耦合作用,DyFeCo層的效應有如一等效的外加磁場,使得TbFeCo薄膜在磁 光記錄上的偏壓磁場可有效地降低下來。具有這種特性的交換耦合雙層薄 膜有潛力成為磁場調變法作直接蓋寫的記錄媒體。 TbFeCo/DyFeCo exchange-coupled double-layered magneto-optical films were prepared and characterized to study the possibility of reducing bias field strength during thermomagnetic recording. In this coupled films,the TbFeCo layer of fixed composition was capped with the DyFeCo layer of various composition.The recording behavior of this coupled films were investigated as a function of DyFeCo composition. We found that the insertion of a proper capping layer of DyFeCo alloy film in direct contact to the recording layer of TbFeCo alloy film reduces the bias field substantially.The DyFeCo capping layer acts as a external field enhancing layer through exchange coupling with TbFeCo recording layer.This coupled films are hopeful candidates for field modulation overwriting media in magneto-optical recording.zh_TW
