dc.description.abstract這篇論文研究在給定一群模糊語句條件 (fuzzy linguistic rating)的情 況下,運用連續比例遞加 (successive proportional additive numeration, SPAN) 法則,解決模糊群體決策 (fuzzy group decision making) 的問題。應用連續比例遞加法則,可使群體成員依據自己的能力 ,將分數分配給其他成員作決策,或是自己直接對選擇項 (alternative) 作判斷,而得到更好的決策。但是在作決策的過程中直接運用模糊語句條 件作運算,並不是很有效率。因此,我們採用 Tseng 和 Klein 所提出的 方法,先將模糊語句條件轉換成模糊數值條件 (fuzzy numerical rating) 然後再用連續比例遞加法則作決策。經由模擬結果驗證,此種新 方法可以得到不錯的結果。 This paper mainly investigates how to construct a fuzzy group decision-making model based on the fuzzy linguistic ratings by using the successive proportional additive numeration (SPAN) technique. The SPAN technique permits each group member to allocate points not only among the alternatives, but also among other group members. But it is not efficient to use directly the linguistic ratings in a fuzzy group decision- making model. So we first adopt an algorithm proposed by Tseng and Klein to transform the linguistic ratings into the numerical ratings, then incorporate it along with the SPAN technique. And the simulation results validate the new technique.zh_TW
