dc.description.abstract本論文中,我們系統化的控制釔鋇銅氧薄膜中的氧含量,並且量測電阻率與 溫度變化的關係,以及將薄膜製作成微帶線共振器,量測其共振頻率隨溫度 變化的關係,間接計算出相干長度與穿透深度,並且探討缺氧對此二物理參 數的影響 In this thesis,we have systematically manipulated the oxygen content of the YBCO superconductivity thin films to investigate its effets on both of transport and microwave properties of the films.By using superconductivity fluctuion theory to analyze the temperature dependent resistivity,we find that,with increasing oxygen deficiency not only fluctuation near Tc became more prounced but the transport properties has swited from 3-D to 2-D.In addition,we have also analyzed the resonate frequency as a fuction of temperature for various oxygen contents by using microwave strip line configuration.Following the inductance calculation model proposed by Oayes et al.,the penetration depth increased with decreasing oxygen content,in consistent with the predictions given by the two-fluid model.zh_TW
