摘要: 本论文中,我们系统化的控制钇钡铜氧薄膜中的氧含量,并且量测电阻率与
温度变化的关系,以及将薄膜制作成微带线共振器,量测其共振频率随温度
变化的关系,间接计算出相干长度与穿透深度,并且探讨缺氧对此二物理参
数的影响
In this thesis,we have systematically manipulated the oxygen
content of the YBCO superconductivity thin films to investigate
its effets on both of transport and microwave properties of the
films.By using superconductivity fluctuion theory to analyze
the temperature dependent resistivity,we find that,with
increasing oxygen deficiency not only fluctuation near Tc
became more prounced but the transport properties has swited
from 3-D to 2-D.In addition,we have also analyzed the resonate
frequency as a fuction of temperature for various oxygen
contents by using microwave strip line configuration.Following
the inductance calculation model proposed by Oayes et al.,the
penetration depth increased with decreasing oxygen content,in
consistent with the predictions given by the two-fluid model.
