dc.description.abstract | 本論文分析單平面傳輸線表面波之漏波效應. 作頻率在最近已經漸漸提 高. 在高頻的時候, 方向會以表面波的形式將能量漏出. 此漏出之波會引 起不必要的耦合效應和能量損耗.應能被了解和控制, 此耦合效應會對複 雜的電路造成不利的影響.何時發生漏波而且用頻域分析法計算傳播常數. 璆限措q路及傳輸線. 第二章介紹頻域分析法和漏波的條件.尷R所得到的 結果. 第四章則包括了最後的討論. This thesis analyzes the leakage behaviors of uniplanar microwaveuit transmission line. The trend in recent years in microwaveuits has been to push the operation to higher and higher frequencies. At highere transmission line leaks power in the form of surface wave in thection. The leaky wave could arise undesirable cross talk and power loss.nd coupling can ruin the performance of a complex, high-densitythe leakage effects are understood and controlled. We discuss the leakage occurs and evaluate the propagation constant by spectral analysis(SDA). In chapter 1, we introduce uniplanar circuit andnes briefly. In chapter 2, spectral domain analysis and the condition presented. In chapter 3, numerical results about uniplanarnes, including slot line, coplanar waveguide and coupled slot line are some conclusions are discussed in chapter 4. | zh_TW |
